3-7 years of experience in hospital administration or HR management.
Prior experience in healthcare settings preferred.
Proven track record in staff management and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of Indian healthcare regulations and payroll systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in hospital management software (e.g., HMS) is a plus.
