Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU, wards, or OPD settings.
Assist physicians during procedures like endoscopy and minor surgeries.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on post-treatment care.
Adhere to infection control and hospital safety standards.
Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Indian Nursing Council or Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
1-5 years of nursing experience in hospital settings (ICU experience preferred for ICU roles).
Fresh GNM/B.Sc. Nursing graduates with strong clinical training may apply.
Experience in gastroenterology or surgical wards is a plus.
Proficiency in patient monitoring and basic life support (BLS certified preferred).
Strong communication and empathy for patient care.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Ability to handle high-pressure clinical environments.
₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and department (ICU/Ward/OPD).
