Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment.
Assist in material handling, including loading and unloading rice bags.
Support maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.
Ability to read and write English for safety and communication.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
