Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project updates.
Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and assist in closing sales deals.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Stay updated with real estate market trends to offer informed advice to clients.
Represent TRIF Dream Homes professionally at client meetings, site visits, and events.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and property showcases.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Diploma or certification in Real Estate, Interior Design, or Construction Management is an added advantage.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for the real estate sector are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, construction management, or a related field.
Proven track record in client handling, project coordination, or sales target achievement.
Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn will also be considered.
Experience with CRM software, site supervision, or marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
