Job Responsibilities


  • Cut, trim, clean, and prepare fish, chicken, and mutton as per customer requirements.

  • Provide standard cuts (curry cut, biryani cut, fillets, boneless, steaks, etc.).

  • Maintain hygiene and food safety during handling and cutting.

  • Inspect meat and fish for quality and freshness.

  • Ensure proper storage in cold rooms/ice boxes.

  • Keep knives, tools, and workstation clean and sanitized.

  • Assist in packaging and labeling orders.

  • Handle bulk orders for events and restaurants.

Educational Requirements


  • No formal education required.

  • Training or certification in butchery, fish cutting, or food safety will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a butcher/meat cutter/fish cutter preferred.

  • Freshers with skills in cutting and handling meat/fish can also apply.

Additional Requirements


  • Knowledge of different types of cuts.

  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Physically fit and able to work long hours.

  • Ability to work in cold storage environments.

  • Team player with strong attention to detail.

Salary

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
