Cut, trim, clean, and prepare fish, chicken, and mutton as per customer requirements.
Provide standard cuts (curry cut, biryani cut, fillets, boneless, steaks, etc.).
Maintain hygiene and food safety during handling and cutting.
Inspect meat and fish for quality and freshness.
Ensure proper storage in cold rooms/ice boxes.
Keep knives, tools, and workstation clean and sanitized.
Assist in packaging and labeling orders.
Handle bulk orders for events and restaurants.
No formal education required.
Training or certification in butchery, fish cutting, or food safety will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a butcher/meat cutter/fish cutter preferred.
Freshers with skills in cutting and handling meat/fish can also apply.
Knowledge of different types of cuts.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Physically fit and able to work long hours.
Ability to work in cold storage environments.
Team player with strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
