Meat Packing Staff

Job Responsibilities
  • Weigh, wrap, label, and package various meat products (chicken, mutton, beef, etc.)
  • Operate meat packing and sealing machines in a hygienic and safe manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment before and after packing
  • Follow portion control and packaging standards as per company specifications
  • Check labels for accuracy (product name, weight, date, etc.)
  • Store packed products in designated cold storage areas
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production and packaging targets
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Report damaged or defective packaging materials or equipment to supervisors

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum SSC (10th Grade Pass) or equivalent
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills (for reading labels, weights, etc.)
Experience Requirements
  • Freshers welcome – full training will be provided
  • Previous experience in meat packing, food handling, or a factory setting is a plus
Additional Requirements
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Comfortable working in cold storage or chilled environments
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Job Location
Chennai, Visakhapatanam
Salary
  • Starting from ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and shift
