Job Responsibilities

Clean, cut, trim, and prepare seafood (fish, shrimp, squid, etc.) to quality and safety standards
Operate processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Sort and inspect seafood for quality, size, and appearance
Package, label, and store products properly
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and follow sanitation guidelines
Work in chilled environments (cold storage) as required
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Educational Requirements

Minimum SSC (10th grade pass) or equivalent preferred
Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English or the local language

Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements

Must be physically fit and able to work in cold environments for extended periods
Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks
Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts (early mornings, weekends, or holidays if needed)
