Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety during processing.
Operate cutting, filleting, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Clean, cut, trim, and portion meat and seafood as per company specifications.
Check product quality before and after processing.
Handle products in cold storage and maintain correct temperature controls.
Follow FSSAI and other food safety guidelines.
Assist in packaging and labeling products for retail and wholesale.
Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Minimum High School / 10th Pass (preferred: Diploma or Certification in Meat / Seafood Processing or Food Handling).
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
1–3 years of experience in meat, poultry, or seafood processing.
Freshers with relevant skills may also apply (training will be provided).
Ability to work in cold storage conditions.
Good physical stamina for standing and manual work.
Knowledge of different cutting and filleting techniques is an advantage.
Team player with good communication skills.
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
